Robert McKendry was known to his neighborhood friends as Robbie. He and I lived in the same neighborhood growing up. Although smalll in stature, Robbie was proficient in baseball and basketball. Robbie was a wonderful guy who never got angry. He left this world at an early age. He was a great friend. I miss him terribly.
